1. General Information & Controller

The operators of this application take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and this privacy policy.

2. Registration, Authentication & User Account

A user account in the 01TRACK application can be created via the mobile app as well as via the web/desktop version. You can register either via email address or via third-party login services (social login).

Google Login: When signing in via Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), your name and email address are transmitted from Google to us and used to create or sign in to your account. Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0. For more information: Google Privacy Policy.

Apple Login: When signing in via Apple (Apple Distribution International Ltd., Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Cork, Ireland), your name and email address (or an Apple-anonymised relay address) are transmitted from Apple to us and used to create or sign in to your account. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract and pre-contractual measures).

3. In-App Purchases & In-App Subscriptions

Downloading the app and purchasing subscriptions takes place via the Apple App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd.) or the Google Play Store (Google Ireland Limited). Payment and account data are processed directly by the respective store operator. We do not have access to your full payment details (e.g. credit card numbers) and only receive transaction confirmations to activate your subscription. Subscription management takes place exclusively via the respective app store.

4. Database Infrastructure & Hosting (Supabase)

We use Supabase (Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992) for backend services, user management and application data storage. Data is stored in European data centres (EU region, Frankfurt am Main). A data processing agreement (DPA) based on EU standard contractual clauses has been concluded with Supabase.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and scalable infrastructure).

5. Support Requests

When you contact us by email or support form, your details including your email address are stored for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

6. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") & Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your user account along with all associated personal data and time-tracking records at any time directly via the settings within the 01TRACK app. Once you initiate the deletion, your data will be immediately and completely removed from our systems, unless legal retention obligations apply.

1. Scope and Contracting Party

These terms of use apply to the use of the 01minimal Time Tracking App (01TRACK) and the associated web and desktop applications. The contracting party is 01minimal UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Stralauer Allee 5, 10245 Berlin. By registering or using the application, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services and Access

The app provides a software platform for time tracking for freelancers, self-employed professionals and independent workers. We provide the app "as is". There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or specific future features.

Registration: Possible via the mobile applications (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) as well as via the desktop version using email, Google or Apple login.

Subscriptions: The purchase and management of paid subscriptions are only possible via the mobile applications. The desktop version enables synchronised use and management of recorded data, but does not offer its own booking function.

3. Subscriptions, Price Adjustments and Payment Processing

Billing & Cancellation: The billing period, prices, and the renewal and cancellation of subscriptions are governed by the terms of the respective app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The management and cancellation of active subscriptions must be carried out by the user directly in the account settings of their smartphone (iOS / Android).

Price adjustments: 01minimal UG reserves the right to adjust subscription prices with a notice period of at least 30 days. The price adjustment only takes effect at the next renewal period. If the price changes, you will be informed in advance and can cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

4. User Obligations & Intended Use

Access credentials: Users are obliged to keep their access credentials confidential and to protect them from access by third parties.

Self-responsible time tracking: The app is intended for independent, self-responsible time tracking and does not constitute legally binding working time recording within the meaning of the Working Hours Act (ArbZG) or other statutory record-keeping obligations. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any legally required records and documentation are maintained in accordance with the regulations applicable to them.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The processing of withdrawals is governed exclusively by the policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play Store) through which the purchase was made.

6. Liability, Termination and Availability

(1) Server availability: 01minimal UG strives to ensure the most uninterrupted availability of the service possible, but does not guarantee 100% server availability.

(2) Limitation of liability: Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, unless these concern essential contractual obligations, damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, or warranties.

(3) Termination by 01minimal UG: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in the event of violations of these terms or unlawful misuse, without giving reasons.

7. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
